How to Install CWM Recovery Cloudfone Thrill 430x

Here’s the working CWM for the Cloudfone Thrill 430x. The Cloudfone Thrill 430x is a 4.3-inch Android phone with monster battery and packs with 768MB of RAM. Recently, it was officially launched as partners with the local telecom, GLOBE. If you want to install CWM on your Thrill 430x, then follow these easy steps.

Downloads

First you need to download some files:

• USB drivers [link]
• Tools app [link]
• CWM for Cloudfone Thrill 430x [link]

Installing Drivers

You must install the drivers properly in order to get things work. Enable USB debugging on your Thrill 430x first, then connect it on your PC. Check the Device Manager and look for an exclamation sign, update this driver manually by browsing on the extracted files from the USB drivers archive.
It shall be something like this:

Installing CWM

Extract the Tools anywhere on your PC. Make another folder on your C:/ drive and name it “Thrill”. Extract the CWM archive contents on C:/Thrill/
Connect your phone to your PC. Turn it off. Long press Power button + Volume down + Camera button simultaneously.
On the extracted folder of the Tools,  shift + right click and choose “open command window here”.

A command window will appear, then type the following in order:

• fastboot erase recovery
• fastboot flash recovery C:/Thrill/recovery.img
• fastboot reboot

Done.

How to access CWM

When the phone is off, long press the Power button + Volume up + Camera button simultaneously.

Now that you have CWM installed on your Cloudfone Thrill 430x, you can now do back-ups of your full system. You can now also install patches and custom ROMS easily (only those flashable via CWM) plus many advance features compared to the stock recovery of this device.
